Private label matcha - How to order
STEP1: SELECT YOUR MATCHA
The first step in creating your private label matcha brand is selecting the right matcha for your target customers. The choice of matcha grade and type will define the unique value your brand delivers.
Grade
Do you need ceremonial-grade matcha, ideal for traditional tea preparation, or a drink-grade matcha perfect for lattes and other beverages? The right grade depends on how your customers will enjoy it.
Even within the ceremonial grade, the balance of umami and sweetness can vary depending on the cultivar of tencha (the raw material for matcha). These differences also influence the price.
Is organic required?
In some countries, such as the USA, Canada, and EU, an import certificate for the shipment may be required, which could involve additional fees. If you need organic certification for your shipment, feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.
If the organic logo or labeling is not a requirement for your product, choosing non-organic matcha can be a more cost-effective option. Additionally, we offer pesticide-free matcha even without organic certification.
You can request sample to compare taste

STEP2: DETERMINE PACKAGE
Choose between aluminum tins or pouches. Tins are available in 30g size, while pouches come in either 30g or 50g options.
Tin
The tins are pull-top style in silver. Labels can be applied by you, or we can print and apply them for an additional fee if you provide the design.
Pouch
Pouches are available in 30g or 50g sizes. You can choose from various colors, such as silver, green, or black, to match your brand's theme.
STEP3: REQUEST A QUOTE
Once matcha and package are determined, determine the number of units you want to order. We will provide a quotation. The minimum order quantity is 100 units. For orders above 100, it does not need to be in multiples of 100 (e.g., 120, 180, etc.).
Also we provide the price calculation sheet for your cost simulation.
If you agree with our quote, we will send an invoice. We accept credit card, paypal and bank transfer. Once your payment is confirmed, we order that factory for production. The factory begins stone-milling only after receiving your order to ensure the delivery of freshly ground matcha!
Depending on the season, the typical lead time for shipment is around three weeks. We use the most cost-effective carrier—UPS, FedEx, or DHL—to ship to your destination address.
